Chefs Eric Ripert, chef and partner of Le Bernadin, and Christina Tosi, pastry chef and owner of Momofuku Milk Bar will speak at the French Institute Alliance Francaise in a talk moderated by Bon Appetit's Christine Muhlke.

Ripert's restaurant recently received its fifth consecutive four-star rating in the New York Times.

Tosi won the James Beard Award for Rising Star Chef of the Year in early May.
