Tim Buckley is a Software Engineer at DNAinfo, working on Neighborhood Square.

Tim came from the world of finance before jumping into web development via an intensive programming bootcamp called App Academy.

He worked as a finance analyst at Elizabeth Arden and Pepsi Bottling Group for a combined five years before deciding to pursue a far more intellectually challenging career path in programming.

Before DNAinfo, Tim worked as a Python developer at a tech startup. He graduated from Iona College with a degree in Economics.

Fun Fact: Tim is the oldest of six kids, including his twin sister — a fact he reminds her of incessantly. Also, if you ask him about driverless cars he will talk your ear off.
