You're the ideal candidate if:

* You care about the neighborhood, and about finding local stories that bubble up from
 the streets.

* You have a Twitter following, as well as Instagram and Vine accounts, and you can use
 them to find cool things going on.

* You have top-notch reporting chops, including photography and breaking news reporting

* You can correctly pronounce "Gravitas."
