Score a Studio For $613 Per Month in a Luxury Hell's Kitchen High-Rise

HELL’S KITCHEN — Applications are now open through the city’s affordable housing lottery for 90 apartments at a Hell’s Kitchen luxury building — with rents starting at $613 for a studio.

Extell Development Company’s 555TEN at 555 10th Ave., at the corner of West 41st Street, is offering the units for applicants who meet the following household size and income requirements:

► Ten studios are available for $613 per month for one-person households earning between $22,903 and $26,720 per year.

► Thirty-three one-bedroom apartments are available for $659 per month fot one-person households earning between $24,549 and $26,720 per year, or two-person households earning between $24,549 and $30,560 per year.

► Fifteen two-bedroom apartments are available for $790 per month for two-person households earning between $29,075 and $30,560 per year, three-person households earning between $29,075 and $34,360 per year, or four-person households earning between $29,075 and $38,160 per year.

► Two three-bedroom apartments are available for $875 per month for three-person households earning between $32,572 and $34,360 per year, four-person households earning between $32,572 and $38,160 per year, five-person households earning between $32,572 and $41,240 per year, or six-person households earning between $32,572 and $44,280 per year.

► Four studio apartments are available for $1,949 per month for one-person households earning between $68,709 and $80,160 per year.

► Eighteen one-bedroom apartments are available for $2,091 per month for one-person households earning between $73,646 and $80,160 per year, or two-person households earning between $73,646 and $91,680 per year.

► Seven two-bedroom apartments are available for $2,519 per month for two-person households earning between $88,355 and $91,680 per year, three-person households earning between $88,355 and $103,080 per year, or four-person households earning between $88,355 and $114,480 per year.

► One three-bedroom apartment is available for $2,875 per month for a three-person household earning between $101,143 and $103,080 per year, a four-person household earning between $101,143 and $114,480 per year, a five-person household earning between $101,143 and $123,720 per year, or a six-person household earning between $101,143 and $132,840 per year.

For additional fees, residents can use the building’s 24-hour gym, indoor pool, outdoor rooftop pool, dog run, outdoor landscaped areas, club room, bowling alley, game lounge, children’s lounge, dog-care services and tenant-storage area, according to NYC Housing Connect.

The monthly rent includes gas for cooking.

Preference for 50 percent of the units will be given to residents of Community Board 4, the release said.

Five percent of the units will be set aside for mobility-disabled applicants, 5 percent will be reserved for vision and hearing-disabled applicants, and 5 percent will be set aside for municipal employees.

Applicants can apply online or request a mail-in application by sending a self-addressed envelope to 555TEN c/o Breaking Ground, PO Box 3620937, New York, NY 10129.

Residents will be selected through a lottery and interview process, and the last day to apply is Oct. 23.
