WATCH: Chuck Schumer Cuts a Rug Dancing at Prospect Park Gala

PROSPECT PARK — Get it, Chuck.

New York’s senior senator spent his weekend criticizing the Republican healthcare bill on the Sunday talk shows — and cutting a rug in Prospect Park.

Minority leader Chuck Schumer was spotted getting down at a gala for the Prospect Park Alliance on Saturday, dancing to a mash-up of “Mo Money Mo Problems” and "It Takes Two" at the group’s annual outdoor soiree.

New York’s deputy mayor for strategic policy Richard Buery caught the lighthearted moment on Twitter with the message “you're [sic] Senator can't rock out like my Senator.”

Schumer is one of Park Slope’s more famous residents and lives across from the park in a Prospect Park West apartment building. His home has become the site of many political rallies since the 2016 election, largely groups urging him to stand up to the Trump administration.

The senator tweeted a picture of himself at the gala Sunday after the event saying “what fun” it was.
