MOTT HAVEN — A furious Uber passenger has been banned from using the ride-sharing app after a driver videotaped her with his dash cam screaming at him, ordering him to "go back to your country" and claiming she'd file a false police report that he raped her, according to Uber officials and a video of the incident.

Video of the incident, which took place near E. 138th Street and Cypress Avenue, was posted to LiveLeak and YouTube.

Uber has banned the rider's account and is looking into the incident, according to company spokeswoman Susan Hendrick, who called the behavior "abusive and completely unacceptable."

Hendrick would not name the Uber driver or say when or where the video was filmed.

In the video, a female Uber passenger gets into a fight with the driver, and warns him she will call the police and claim he threatened to hit her and sexually assault her. She also tells him to get out of the United States, according to the video.

"Go back to your country," the passenger can be heard saying. "Donald Trump is going to send you and your family back."

" Thank you. I appreciate that," the driver replies. "Get out of my car now."

The passenger also says at one point that she is "going to start screaming out the window that you're raping me, that you raped me."

"I'm married, and I'm a loyal husband," the driver responds. "I don't do that s--t."

(WARNING: Video contains graphic language)

The argument occurred on Monday, according to LiveLeak.

It is unclear what sparked the confrontation, as the driver and passenger are already arguing at the time the video starts.

The driver spends the bulk of the roughly nine-minute video trying to get the passenger to leave his car, and she eventually relents and gets out, at which point the driver begins venting about the argument.

"This is uptown New York man, Bronx," he says. "We got stupid b--ches out here man. Sorry for my language."

No one has reported the incident to the NYPD, police said.
