WEST BRIGHTON — More than three years into his first term as mayor, Bill de Blasio will host his second Staten Island town hall April 13 as part of his week spent working remotely in the borough, a City Hall spokeswoman said.

The mayor will field questions from residents and discuss local issues at the town hall on Thursday, April 13, at I.S. 27, 11 Clove Lake Place, in West Brighton.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the town hall will kick off at 7 p.m.

It's one of several events planned in Staten Island as part of the new "City Hall in Your Borough" initiative, where de Blasio and senior staff will work out of a satellite office for a week in each borough by the end of the year.

The initiative will kick off on Staten Island with de Blasio sharing space at Staten Island Borough Hall with Borough President James Oddo from Sunday until April 13.

Aside from the town hall, de Blasio will also host a City Resource Fair at Borough Hall on Tuesday as part of his sojourn to the forgotten borough.

The event will have commissioners and senior staff from various agencies — including the Department of Transportation, Department of Education and NYPD — on hand to field questions and hear concerns from Staten Islanders.

"Our Resource Fair is at the heart of the City Hall in Your Borough initiative," Jessica Ramos, spokeswoman for the mayor, said in a statement. "This is every Staten Islander’s opportunity to bring their most pressing questions and concerns directly to top City Hall and City agency staff."

City Hall has not finalized any other events during the mayor's week on Staten Island yet.

The City Resource Fair will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday and residents can sign up online to attend.

Space is limited for the town hall and people who wish to attend must RSVP by Tuesday at noon by emailing TownHallRSVP@cityhall.nyc.gov or calling 212-788-9778.
