HELL’S KITCHEN — A seven-story condo building is slated to rise at a vacant lot on West 52nd Street.

Developer New Empire Real Estate Corp. on Wednesday filed for permits to construct the 66-foot residential building at 424 W. 52nd St., between Ninth and 10th avenues, city Department of Buildings records show.

The building will house seven condo units, all of which have two bedrooms, New Empire president Bentley Zhao wrote in an email.

It will be similar to another New Empire condo project currently under construction at 409 W. 45th St., near Ninth Avenue, he added.

The DOB has yet to approve the 10,533-square-foot project, records show.
