FLATIRON — Oh deer.

An Arby’s that opened on East 23rd Street this week will sell a limited number of venison sandwiches starting Saturday, according to a spokesman.

The fast-food chain opened its second Manhattan location at 32 E. 23rd St. between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue Thursday.

Arby's has been serving the deer-meat sandwich — which consists of a venison steak marinated in salt, pepper, and garlic, and topped with crispy onions and juniper berry sauce — at a handful of locations across the country since November, the company said.

The sandwich was introduced to coincide with deer-hunting season in states popular for hunting, including Wisconsin, Georgia and Minnesota, according to the chain's head of marketing, Rob Lynch.

“Hunters hunt the meats, and we have the meats, so it makes sense for us to connect with them and offer a sandwich that they can’t get at any other restaurant chain,” Lynch said.

Arby’s has locations in Midtown, Middle Village and Fresh Meadows.
