MIDTOWN SOUTH — A man was fatally stabbed in a fight on the street outside a Koreatown karaoke bar Sunday morning, police said.

Howard Chi, 33, was fighting James Park, 28, who stabbed him in the chest about 5:10 a.m. outside 11 W. 32nd St., near Fifth Avenue. It's home to Maru Karaoke Lounge and various eateries, police said.

Chi, of the Upper East Side, was pronounced dead at Bellevue Hospital, police said.

Park was tracked to his Murray Hill home where he was arrested about 4 p.m. Sunday, police said.

He was charged with murder and was awaiting arraignment Monday morning, records show.

Park has been arrested six times but police records for those have been sealed, an NYPD spokesman said.

A representative of Maru said that the murder wasn't connected to the business, which closed about an hour beforehand.
