TRIBECA —  A Chelsea cafe that serves up specialty coffee, pastries and chocolate is launching soon in TriBeCa.

Perpetuum Cafe, which opened in Chelsea in 2015, is readying a new location at 200 Church St.

The cozy coffee shop brews up some unique concoctions, including its Lavender Lane Latte made, as its name suggests, with steamed milk and lavender.

Along with its Toby's Estate coffee, the cafe offers sweets from Balthazar and some savory options, like a turkey and Swiss cheese croissant sandwich.

The shop is slated to open in mid-January, the company said in an email to DNAinfo New York.
