CHELSEA — “Farm-to-tray” burgers and milkshakes are headed to Seventh Avenue.

Chelsea Market eatery Creamline is opening a second outpost at 180 Seventh Ave., between West 20th and 21st streets, in a space that was previously home to the short-lived “organic fusion eatery” Six Pans.

The new eatery, which will also make deliveries, should open by the end of the year, a representative said.

Creamline “classics” like burgers, tuna melts, “griddled” PB&Js, and grilled cheese and tomato soup range in price from $6 to $8, its menu shows.

The restaurant also offers all-day breakfast items, fried Oreos and “the best milkshake you will ever have," its website says.

The eatery focuses on using “well-sourced” local ingredients.
