BROOKLYN — A man punched a 61-year-old in the face after getting into an argument at a Prospect Heights McDonald’s in June, according to the NYPD.

The two got into a dispute in the eatery at the corner of Atlantic and Vanderbilt avenues on June 29 at 9 a.m. The suspect then punched the man in the face several times before running out of the restaurant.

The victim was bruised on his face, but did not go to the hospital, an NYPD spokesman said.

Police described the suspect as about 35 years old, 6-feet tall with a medium build. He was wearing a bright-red had, black sunglasses and black shorts.
