► All northbound lanes on the Henry Hudson Parkway from 57th Street to the Mosholu Parkway.

► Mosholu Parkway to Gun Hill Road.

► Riverside Drive from 79th Street to 72nd Street.

► 79th Street from Riverside Drive to West Side Highway.

The race will see competitors swim 0.9 miles in the Hudson, cycle 25 miles on the Henry Hudson Parkway and run 5 miles (the track was shortened from 6 miles due to an expected heat wave) through Central Park.
