MIDTOWN — With the Four Seasons closed, where are the upper crust to dine?

Luckily for the residents of 432 Park, Midtown’s dizzyingly tall residential skyscraper, the building’s amenities include a private restaurant run by a Michelin-starred chef, according to a statement from the developers, CIM Group and Macklowe Properties.

The building, which at 1,396 feet is being touted as the world’s tallest residential skyscraper, has three floors with double-height ceilings dedicated to amenities and perks for its residents, including a pool, gym, cinema and private restaurant, all exclusive to residents and their guests.

Units start at $17.5 million.

The amenities, which the developer said should be up and running this summer, are the 12th, 14th, and 16th floors, each of which has a double-height 28-foot ceiling, and cover a total of 30,000 square feet, according to a press release.

Starting on the 12th floor residents will get to dine at a restaurant designed by chef Shaun Haggert, who closed down his Michelin-starred spot Juni in May, and restaurateur Scott Sozmen, formerly of Per Se and Colicchio and Sons.

The restaurant will sprawl over 5,000 square feet, including an outdoor terrace overlooking 57th Street, and will feature crystal chandeliers and nearly 400 hand-blown glass orbs suspended from the ceiling.

The 14th floor includes fitness center includes a gym decked out with free weights, a squat rack and machines, along with a yoga studio and a billiards room and library, according to the developer. The 14th floor also features a boardroom with a 14-seat marble conference table and an 18-seat screening room with projection equipment and a 220-inch screen.

Topping off the luxury is a 75-foot lap pool located on the 16th floor, along with a jacuzzi and locker rooms for men and women.

The owners of 432 Park began selling condos last fall, and buyers so far have included Qatari diplomat Nassir Abdulaziz al-Nasser, Saudi retail titan Fawaz al Hokair, and Douglas Elliman honcho Howard Lorber, according to The Real Deal.
