HARLEM — A toddler was found by a passerby early Monday wandering alone in Harlem, according to police.

The 3-year-old was seen dawdling down the street near West 144th Street at about 3:10 a.m. Monday, police said.

The passerby immediately called the police. The toddler was taken to Harlem Hospital for a routine check-up, police said.
