TIMES SQUARE — The naked model who danced and ranted about Donald Trump in Times Square last week has been moved to a psychiatric ward after being charged with public lewdness — but his lawyer maintains the man has no "significant mental health issues.”

Krit McClean, 21, was also charged with disorderly conduct and exposure of a person after climbing up the red TKTS staircase near Broadway and West 47th Street around 8 a.m. on June 30, authorities said.

Once there, he erratically danced and shouted, "Get Donald Trump here, I want to speak to him!" as multiple police officers tried to corral him, a complaint filed with the Manhattan District Attorney’s office said.

Police said McClean — who is represented by Ford Models and has appeared on magazine covers — may have been suicidal, but his attorney refuted the claim on Thursday.

“Suicidal, no way,” lawyer Daniel Ollen said, adding that his client was not on drugs at the time. “His current state is, he’s totally fine. I don’t think he has any significant mental health issues.”

The model was arraigned from Bellevue Hospital’s forensic psychiatric ward via video feed on Wednesday, and he has since been moved to the general psychiatric ward, where he will stay “until they think he’s fine enough to leave,” Ollen said.

Therapy was a condition of McClean's release without bail, the attorney added.

The incident ended when McClean jumped off the TKTS staircase onto the sidewalk, leaving him with minor injuries.

“He’s going to be fine,” Ollen said.
