CHELSEA — Hell’s Kitchen and Chelsea’s precincts have new commanding officers as of this month, the NYPD confirmed.

Deputy Inspector Peter Venice — who until recently was the commanding officer at the 9th Precinct — took over at the Midtown North Precinct this week.

Former Midtown South Precinct executive officer Capt. Paul Lanot will take the helm at the 10th Precinct starting on Monday, the precinct’s community affairs officer, Detective Mike Petrillo, said on Thursday.

Deputy Inspector John Hart, who started at Midtown North in April 2014, has been assigned to the NYPD’s Intelligence Bureau, the precinct wrote in a tweet.

The commanding officer of the 10th Precinct, Michele Irizarry, is moving to Jackson Heights.
