QUEENS — A man attacked a woman working at a Richmond Hill dry cleaning shop and stole $3,000 from her before running away, police said.

The robber attacked a 58-year-old employee of the Hong Kong Dry Cleaners at 102-57 Jamaica Ave. on Sunday, June 5, just before 11 p.m., authorities said. He threw the woman to the floor and kicked her repeatedly before he stole $3,000 in cash and fled, police said.

The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital where she was treated for a facial fracture and swollen lip, police said.

Officials described the suspect as weighing about 300 pounds. He has tattoos on his arm and was last seen wearing a black baseball hat and white sneakers.
