New York City is host to all sorts of film festivals and there's one for nearly any interest.

From June 22nd to July 9th, the city will host the 15th New York Asian Film Festival. Here are a few things to know if you're interested in attending:

Screenings will take place in two locations: School of Visual Arts Theater at 333 23rd St. in Chelsea and Film Society of Lincoln Theater at 70 Lincoln Center Plaza in the Upper West Side.

Tickets:

► Tickets for the film festival can be purchased online at the Lincoln Center Film Society's website or in each venue's box office.

► There is a three-movie special that lowers prices for anyone who wants to attend that minimum amount of screenings. By buying three screening tickets, members of the Film Society of Lincoln Center will pay $9 per screening, students and seniors pay $11 per screening, and general admission is $14 for each film. These prices do not include the special event films.

► You can also purchase an All Access Pass for $199. It can be used at any film at the festival except for the special events.

► Students and Lincoln Center Film Society members can pay $15 to attend the special events. General admission is $20.

Highlights:

► Films will feature directors and actors from all over Asia. Some countries include The Philippines, Japan, China, and Malaysia.

► There will be over 40 films shown during the festival. Horror, romance, coming of age stories, and animated films will be featured. One film to be screened, "10 Years," won Best Picture at the Hong Kong Film Awards and caused a stir with the Chinese government

► Kiyoshi Kurosawa, the celebrated filmmaker behind two East Asian cult classics like "Cure"and "Pulse" will have a film in the festival.

Here's a list of all the movies that will be screened at the festival.
