NEW SPRINGVILLE — A man in a wheelchair with tattoos on his face stole electronics from a Staten Island Costco, police said.

The man entered Costco, at 2975 Richmond Ave., on May 16 at 7 p.m. and swiped two cellphones and a laptop before leaving the store, the NYPD said.

Police described the suspect as having black hair and tattoos on his face. He was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt and white sneakers with black laces.
