Mark your calendar for 10 weeks of musical fun in Prospect Park this summer.

The full lineup for the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! was announced Tuesday and includes Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Alvvays, Baaba Maal, Bombino, Digable Planets, Femi Kuti, and more.

The season of performances at the Prospect Park Bandshell kicks off with a June 8 concert by Jones and ends with an August 13 show by Andra Day.

On July 7, Brooklyn's own Red Baraat, which NPR once called "the best party band in years," takes the stage with special guests including DJ Rekha and MC Heems of Das Racist.

Nostalgia buffs can hear 1980s legends The Violent Femmes on June 18 and fans of 1990s alternative hip-hop can catch Digable Planets on July 30.

Most of the shows are free, but some "benefit" concerts require a paid ticket. Benefit concerts by Tame Impala and The Lumineers are already sold out, but tickets are still available for Ray LaMontagne, Beirut and Herbie Hancock.

In addition to music, the schedule also includes movie screenings such as "Labyrinth" starring David Bowie and Jennifer Connolly, the French animated feature "Triplets of Bellville" with a live score by composer Benoît Charest, and "Run Lola Run" with a live score by The Bays.

Check out the BRIC website for the full schedule.
