HARLEM — A transgender activist attacked on the 4 train earlier this week has a new supporter —  Hillary Clinton.

The presidential contender reached out to Pearl Love on Facebook, telling her a hateful tirade she suffered on the subway should not be tolerated.

"Pearl, I'm so sorry that you experienced this,” the Democratic White House hopeful wrote in the comments of a video Love posted on Facebook.

“The all-too-high prevalence of violence and hatred faced by the transgender community — today, 2016!—is a rebuke of all of us. Know that you have my support, and I'm on your side.”

Love filmed a transphobic and racist onslaught directed at her by a fellow commuter last week while traveling from the Bronx to the West Village. The video has been viewed more than 240,000 times since it was posted Monday.

Love said she felt "amazing" and "glad" that the attack had reached Clinton's attention.

"Yes. I feel loved, my dear friends, thanks for all support," Love replied to Clinton's comment.

The attacker, an unidentified woman, boarded the train at the 125th St. Station April 28 and unleashed the anti-gay rant as other commuters watched.

"I posted it because people have to learn to have respect for people," Love, who said she didn't plan to press criminal charges, told DNAinfo earlier this week.

Love met Clinton last month when the candidate visited the West Village's LGBT center on the campaign trail in New York days ahead of the April 19 primary.
