MANHATTAN — Service resumed with "extensive delays" on the 1 train in Upper Manhattan Thursday afternoon after a “rail condition” at 191st Street station, according to the MTA.
Trains were suspended between the 168th Street and Dyckman Street stations in both directions, the MTA said.
