NEW SPRINGVILLE — A woman getting undressed in a mall changing room was filmed by a man who slipped his cellphone under the partition, police said.
The 35-year-old woman was undressing in a changing room at the JC Penney in the Staten Island Mall, at 2655 Richmond Ave., at 7 p.m. on April 1, the NYPD said.
While she was inside, the suspect began to film the woman undressing, police said.
Police described the suspect as approximately 5-foot-7-inches tall, between 40 and 50 years old and about 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt.
