QUEENS — Campaigning is over, and now voters have made their choice.

With 99 percent of precincts reporting, Hillary Clinton beat Bernie Sanders 57 percent to 42 percent.  On the GOP side, Donald Trump beat his rivals earning 69 percent of Republican votes.

After weeks of debate, campaign rallies and speeches, voters in the 14th Congressional District went to the polls Tuesday to pick Republican and Democratic presidential nominees.

Seven Democratic and three Republican delegates were up for grabs in the district, which crosses over parts of Jackson Heights, Elmhurst, Astoria and College Point in Queens as well as the eastern coast of The Bronx from Throgs Neck to City Island.
