TIMES SQUARE — A patron at an upscale seafood restaurant exposed himself to a waitress after asking her if she could help him find a date, police said.

The 37-year-old waitress from Queens was working at Oceana at 120 W. 49th St., between Sixth and Seventh avenues, around 9 p.m. on March 24 when a diner came to her and asked her what time the restaurant was closing, she told police.

“And could you help me find a date?” the man asked the waitress, police said.

The patron then asked the waitress “if she could hold it,” and glanced down, at which point she saw that he was exposing himself, she told police.

Police were called to the restaurant after the incident, but the man was gone by the time they arrived, the NYPD said.

He had been dining at a table with a party of four, police added.

The waitress told police she didn’t want them to arrest the man, they said.

Oceana's manager did not immediately respond to request for comment on Thursday.
