SUNSET PARK — The shattered sons of an iron shop owner killed while trying to stop a thief who had stolen his truck posted poignant photos of themselves with their dad on social media Tuesday.

Anthony Dellegrazie made his Facebook profile picture an image of himself from years ago as a wide-eyed child sitting next to his doting dad, Phillip.

Angelo Dellegrazie posted a more recent photo of himself with his dad at what appears to be a 2016 New Year’s celebration.

Phillip Dellegrazie, 63, was killed on Fourth Avenue, near 23rd Street, Monday following a wild car chase that started at his business of more than 40 years, A & D Iron Works, two blocks away, police said.

He was carrying boxes when Joshua Colon, 24, hopped behind the wheel of his truck and drove off, officials said.

Phillip then jumped into his Lexus to pursue Colon, but when he caught up to him, Colon knocked him to the ground and ran him over, police said.

Colon then sped off the wrong way down 22nd Street, before finally abandoning the truck. He was nabbed by police Monday afternoon and charged with murder, robbery and grand larceny, the NYPD said.

Devastated A & D employees remembered Dellegrazie as a loyal boss and friend.

“I worked for him for 10 years,” said worker Salvador Martinez. “He was a good guy. I love him. I miss him already.”
