HELL’S KITCHEN — A high-heeled patron threatened to cut a deli employee’s face after she got upset while he was ringing her purchases up, police said.

A 26-year-old employee at the Hudson Market Place at 755 Ninth Ave. near 51st Street was ringing up the woman’s purchases around 4:10 a.m. on March 25 when the woman “became irate,” he told police.

At some point during their interaction, the woman told the employee, “I’ll cut your face,” police said.

The woman, described to police by the employee as having long blonde hair and wearing a black jacket, a gray hat, a black top, blue jeans and high heels, fled the deli and jumped in a cab, the NYPD said.

But after the woman fled the deli, police recovered a box cutter from the scene, the report said.

Police did not say where they found the box cutter or whether the woman had displayed it when she threatened the employee.

They conducted a canvas of the area for the woman, but didn’t find anything.

An employee working at the deli on Thursday said she wasn’t aware of the incident. The deli’s manager was not available to comment.
