FAR ROCKAWAY — A man accused of murdering his girlfriend in a jealous rage was arrested in California last month, police said.

Tyquan Long, 29, was arrested in Sacramento on Feb. 27 and extradited to New York March 10, according to the NYPD.

Long shot and killed his girlfriend inside her apartment at 333 Beach 32nd St. after thinking she was cheating on him, law enforcement sources said.

His intent was to shoot the man he thought she was with — but instead he shot his 36-year-old girlfriend, police said.

He also shot the 51-year-old mother of the man he thought his girlfriend was cheating on him with in the hand, police said.

Long was charged with multiple counts including second degree murder, attempted murder, criminal contempt and reckless endangerment, police said.
