CHELSEA — Apartments in a luxury building on West 14th Street will start at $1.675 million when they hit the market this spring, the developer said.

The d’Orsay, an 11-story, 21-unit high-rise currently under construction at 211 W. 14th St. near Seventh Avenue, will offer one- to four-bedroom apartments — some of which will have private outdoor spaces — as well as fitness center, drawing room and rooftop garden, a spokesman for the development said.

One-bedrooms in the building will start at $1,675,000, with two-bedrooms going for $3.125 million and three-bedrooms for $4.275 million, the spokesman said.

Jacques Garcia, the French architect who dreamed up the interiors of New York’s Nomad Hotel and The Louvre’s Decorative Arts Galleries in Paris, is designing the project’s interiors and “amenity spaces” for real estate firm Adellco, the spokesman said.

The New York Times first published renderings of the building, which will also includes a spa with a steam room and a treatment room.

“[Garcia’s] work is fantastic and world-renowned, and yet he had never done a residential development in Manhattan,” Adellco president Matthew Adell said. “We were looking for an elegant, understated building that would stand the test of time.”

The building replaces a four-story commercial building at the site that was demolished in July, YIMBY reported.

A community facility and a retailer will occupy the ground floor, YIMBY added.
