On the heels of a "meh" Monday comes a terrible Tuesday.

Cloudy skies this morning will make your commute tolerable if drab, but prepare yourself for the trip home; a wintry mix of rain and snow will hit the city around 3 p.m., slicking city streets for three hours, and winds could blow as fast as 58 mph.
Later this evening, showers are forecasted at about 10 p.m.
