UPPER EAST SIDE — A new 210-foot-tall apartment building planned for East 86th Street is joining the ranks of the neighborhood's recent high rise boom.

The 18-story tower is expected to rise at 147 E. 86th St. on the corner of Lexington Avenue with 63 condos, retail on the ground floor and a range of amenities including teen and adult lounges, a children's playroom and a New York Sports Club on the third floor, city records show.

Developer Ceruzzi Properties — in partnership with Stillman Development International and Kuafu Properties — filed the plans on Feb. 10, with Hellmuth Obata & Kassabaum (HOK) as the architect on record.

The time line for the development was not immediately clear.

The high rise joins several other projects popping up in a neighborhood largely made up of shorter townhouses and walk-ups.

Here's a look at some of the tall towers on the way:

152 E. 87th St., between Lexington and Third avenues in Carnegie Hill

Height: 210 feet

Plans: Developer Gordon Haskett and Ismael Leyva Architects have plans to convert a former parking garage into a luxury apartment building that will have 56 apartments across 16 stories, high-reaching glass windows, a metal facade, a playroom, a gym and other amenities, city records show. The developer plans to keep 150 of 550 parking spaces at the location.

Expected Completion: 2017

180 E. 88th St., near Third Avenue in Carnegie Hill

180 E. 88th St.

Height: 521 feet

Plans: One of the tallest towers that has been proposed for the Upper East Side, this "pre-war aesthetic" building will be 50 stories high, with 48 condos, and all the bells and whistles from a basketball court and soccer field to a wine cellar and game room, according to plans filed by developer DDG. The height of the building has been a concern among local preservationists and community activists since it got approval in June 2015.

Expected Completion: 2018

520 Park Avenue, near East 60th Street

520 Park Avenue

Height: 800 feet

Plans: Zeckendorf Development, Party Sixty LLC and Global Holdings, which is also behind 180 E. 88th St., are pushing for what could be the tallest on the Upper East Side. The tower which is under construction, was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects to reach 54 stories, with big terraces for the top seven apartments. Amenities will include a communal salon, a garden with decorative fountains, a pool with steam rooms and a wine cellar.

Expected Completion: early 2018

Citizen 360, 360 E. 89th St. at First Avenue in Yorkville

“Citizen360”

Height: 351 feet

Plans: Anbau's newest 34-story project calls for 84 condos, with floor-to-ceiling windows and amenities like a theater, private lounges, a multimedia studio, a playroom and fitness center among others. The building is currently under construction, which has caused much frustration for some residents in the area who've complained about noise from after-hours construction.

Expected Completion: 2017

► The Kent200 E. 95th St., near Second Avenue in Yorkville

The Kent

Height: 367 feet

Plans: Extell Development's Upper East Side project, dubbed The Kent, will have 104 condos, a swimming pool and sauna, a music room, a library, lounges, and a penthouse on its 28th floor. Architect Beyer Blinder Belle is designing the building.

Expected Completion: 2017

Marymount School for Girls, 115 E. 97th St. between Lexington and Park in Carnegie Hill

Marymount School

Height: 231 feet

Plans: The Marymount School is planning a new tall tower, too, and while it's not a residential building, it will certainly have a lot of amenities for its students, from a spacious cafeteria with a leafy terrace to a multi-floor regulation-sized gym.

Expected Completion: 2020
