You've resigned yourself to this chill by now, haven't you?

WEATHER: Yesterday's high of 40 degrees provided some relief from the cold, but today will be downright frosty, with temperatures rising no higher than 29 degrees, according to Accuweather

Partly sunny skies will be interrupted by some snow flurries during the day (which seem to have visited us every day this week without staying the night), and clouds will leach the light out of the heavens toward the later half of the day.

Wear your long johns today because temperatures are expected to bottom out at 16 degrees and winds will reach a bone-chilling speed of 37 mph.

SUBWAYS: Due to signal problems at 125 St, 4 and 5 trains are running local from 125 St. to Grand Central-42 St.

Due to signal problems at Queensboro Plaza, Main St. bound 7 trains are running with delays.

Check in with the MTA for updates.

We give today a misery index of 5, considerably miserable, because we expect to freeze and shatter by the time Thursday is over.
