Looks like we're in for a white Mardi Gras.

WEATHER: With a high of 34 degrees expected for today, Accuweather is predicting that a few brief snow flurries will fall early this morning and again around 3 p.m. More steady snow fall is expected to begin around 8 p.m. and go overnight to Wednesday morning, but only an inch or two of snow is expected to accumulate.

That's just enough to make the sidewalk conditions messy for all those Mardi Gras revelers this evening and for commuters tomorrow morning.

SUBWAYS: At the time of publication, on the L train, that reliably unreliable line everyone loves to hate, is experiencing delays this morning due to an earlier incident at the 8th Avenue station.

Because our vanquished souls cannot handle much more of this precipitation, today's Misery Index is at a 5.
