EAST VILLAGE — Renderings of the 82-unit condominium project under construction on the corner East 12th Street and Avenue A are now public, The Real Deal first reported.

Real estate broker/reality TV personalty, Fredrick Eklund, posted the images to his Instagram account Tuesday.

The building will include more than 16,000 square feet of amenities, such as a 50-foot-long pool, spa, gym, library and rooftop gardens—“all ensconced in New York’s most eclectic, intriguing, and authentic neighborhood,” according to the developer’s website. Prices begin at $1.1 million for a one-bedroom.

The developer, Steiner Studio’s Douglas Steiner, expects the building will net $215 million after the last unit is sold, according to The Real Deal.

This would be a record for the East Village, according to the Real Deal. Luxury home sales in the area hit a five-year high in 2015, according to data from PropertyShark.

Steiner purchased the site from Mary Help of Christians Church in 2012 for $41 million, the Real Deal said.

Community preservationists previously argued that the now-demolished church stood on the grounds of a 19th-century Catholic cemetery, but were unsuccessful in their efforts to prevent the development from moving forward.

The building is expected to take 18 months to complete, according to The Real Deal's report.
