Now that Staten Island Chuck has forecasted an "early, early spring," all is well with the world.

WEATHER: Monday's unseasonable warmth is expected to continue into today, as temperatures rise to a high of 48 degrees. It won't sink below 38 degrees, according to Accuweather. (It won't be quite as balmy as it was Monday, so you'll sweat a little less on your commute to work.)

The sun will reign over New York skies all day, giving you absolutely no excuse to eat a sad desk lunch.

SUBWAYS: As of 9 a.m. the E, M and R trains were running with delays due to a sick customer at Queens Plaza. Get your updates on subway service from the MTA here

We're giving today a winter misery index of 1, because, unlike Bill Murray, we wouldn't object to reliving this Groundhog Dog over and over again.
