QUEENS — Amenities planned for a new development on 72nd Road in Forest Hills will include doorman services, a fitness center and a roof deck, the developer said.

The seven-story mixed-use building at 109-19 72nd Road, between Queens Boulevard and Austin Street, will be located near another condo currently under construction on the same block.

It will feature 46 units, including one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a subterranean garage with parking for 26 cars and retail space on the ground floor, according to the application filed with the Department of Buildings that is currently pending.

The top floor will consist of several two-bedroom penthouses, each with private outdoor space, according to developer Paraag Sarva of Forest Hills-based PSRS Realty Group.

The condo, which will replace a pair of two-story homes that are currently located there, is scheduled to be completed in 2017, Sarva said.

Another seven-story condo, which is under construction on the same block, will feature 23 apartment units as well as retail space on the ground floor and a dozen parking spaces, according to the DOB website.
