NEW YORK CITY — Saturday's blizzard dropped a little more than 2 feet of snow in Central Park and reached nearly 3 feet in parts of Queens — marking the second biggest snowstorm in the city's history.
The National Weather Service measured 26.8 inches in Central Park at midnight Sunday, the official reading for the city.

Some parts of the five boroughs saw more than 30 inches, including Jackson Heights in Queens, which recorded a whopping 34 inches, the NWS said.
