HELL'S KITCHEN — A 15-year-old was found dead in an alleyway between two Hell's Kitchen apartment buildings Friday afternoon after possibly trying to jump from one roof to the other, according to the NYPD and sources.

Natalya Jimenez was found unconscious in the alley next to 699 10th Ave., near 48th Street, at about 4:26 p.m., police said. She was rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

It appears the girl, who lived at 204 Ninth Ave. in Chelsea, suffered fatal injuries from the fall, sources said. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

It was not immediately clear how long she had been between the buildings, according to sources.
