QUEENS — Police have arrested a second suspect in the fatal shooting of a 35-year-old father of three in Jamaica which officials called “drug-related revenge,” authorities said Wednesday.

Brandon Williams, 34, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon for killing Donald Reed on Dec. 26, officials said.

Reed was walking with his pregnant girlfriend after leaving a party when he was shot in the neck and torso at about 6:45 a.m. on Guy Brewer Boulevard, between 107th and 108th avenues, authorities said.

Reed was pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital. His girlfriend was not injured in the attack, authorities said.

Last week, police also arrested Neon Osouna, 35, on the same charges. Osouna, who had about 10 prior arrests, mostly drug-related, faces up to 25 years to life in prison, if convicted, prosecutors said.

Williams had at least five prior arrests, including two related to possession and distribution of cocaine, police said.

He had not been arraigned as of Wednesday morning, according to the Queens District Attorney’s office.

Both suspects were believed to be armed during the shooting, authorities said.

The suspects and the victim lived within two blocks of where the shooting occurred.

“This is yet another example of the senseless gun violence plaguing our city,” District Attorney Richard Brown said about the case last week.
