QUEENS — A Molotov cocktail was hurled at a Maspeth strip club Thursday morning, a day after Knicks forward Cleanthony Early was shot nearby after visiting the venue, police said.

The fire bombers hurled an incendiary device at CityScapes Gentlemen's Club, 55-61 58th St., near 55th Drive, about 5:34 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said.

Firefighters received a call for smoke, but found no fire when they arrived, an FDNY spokesman said.

There were no reported injuries, officials said.

An NYPD spokesman did not have any description of whomever was involved in the attack.

The fiery attack came the morning after Early was shot nearby after visiting the club with his girlfriend.

Investigators believe that some opportunistic thieves spotted him in the club and called their friends over so they could all rob him when he left, sources said.

Early and his girlfriend had gotten in an Uber car and were driven a short way when three cars boxed them in, armed men hopped out and robbed them, police said.

When Early started running away, one of the men fired three times, hitting Early once in the knee, sources said.

"He’s lucky to be alive. This is definitely a Wild West crew," a source said.

Investigators have found nothing to indicate that the two incidents are related, an NYPD spokesman said.
