UPPER EAST SIDE — A new steak and seafood restaurant opened in three floors of a 1920s-era brownstone on East 60th Street.

Blu On Park, at 116 E. 60th St. near Park Avenue, opened on Tuesday with a bar and lounge on the first floor, and dining on the mezzanine level, the eatery announced.

Its menu offers a shellfish platter with jump shrimp, Maine lobster, crab claws and oysters; an 88-ounce, dry-aged Porterhouse steak for up to four people to share; and a sauteed black sea bass with turnip-rooted celery, lobster, wild mushrooms and pinot noir jus.

Entrees prices range from $28 to $68.

A hundred wines from around the world, including 11 sparkling wines and champagnes, will also be available.

Blu on Park, owned by restauranteurs Emir Muhic and Gigi Dzidzovic, can also host private dinners on its third floor. There are a total of 132 seats throughout the restaurant.

The menu was designed by The Leob Boathouse's Russell Rosenberg and Shawn Lucic, who's chef at Kovac restaurant in Belgrade, Serbia.

The restaurant is open daily from 4 to 11:30 p.m.
