Get ready to welcome the film crews.

The peaceful streets of Forest Hills will be turned into a stage for popular FX spy drama "The Americans" this Thursday.

The critically acclaimed drama, set in the early 1980s during the Cold War, and starring Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys, tells the story of two KGB officers posing as an American couple.

On Thursday, TV crews will be filming scenes for the fourth season of the drama.

“The scenes are mostly exterior and we will be shooting throughout the day and part of the night,” notes posted by TMV Productions around the neighborhood read.

The filming will take place between 9 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., but equipment trucks will start arriving as early as 7 a.m. and won't leave until midnight, according to the production company.

If bad weather interrupts, the shoot will take place on Friday.

The filming will take away parking spaces on the following streets:

• Austin Street, between 76th Drive and 75th Road

• 76th Avenue and 76th Road, between Austin Street and Queens Boulevard

• Queens Boulevard, between 76th Drive and 75th Avenue

"The Americans" also filmed scenes in Forest Hills, which has become a popular spot among film and TV crews, earlier this year in March.
