THE BRONX — Three men in security uniforms can be seen in dramatic video footage attacking a man Sunday, one of whom wielded a baseball bat.
The men, two of whom had the word "Security" emblazoned across their shoulders, attacked a 56-year-old man outside 2155 Grand Concourse, near East 181st Street, about 5:40 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said.
In the video, one of the men chases after the victim before hitting him three times with the bat.
The victim was treated at St. Barnabas Hospital where he was listed in stable condition, officials said.
It was not immediately clear what sparked the attacks.
It also wasn't immediately clear if the attackers were security guards or simply wearing the uniform.
