FINANCIAL DISTRICT — A "disorderly" patron at a Stone Street bar refused to pay for his steak then punched a female employee in the mouth, police said.

The 22-year-old employee at Bavaria Bier Haus told police that the man was acting "disorderly" and making people feel uncomfortable, so he was asked to pay for his meal — steak, salad, fries and coffee — and leave, according to a police report.

The man, who was seated at the 47 Stone St. bar and restaurant at about 3 p.m. on Nov. 6, walked out without paying. When the employee went after him, he turned around and punched the woman on her mouth. He then ran into a nearby subway station.

Bavaria Bier Haus did not immediately return a request for comment.

Police said the man was about 5-foot-6 and balding with salt and pepper colored hair.
