GLENDALE — Three masked men robbed a pharmacy at gunpoint Tuesday, demanding a list of prescription pills scrawled on a handwritten note, police said.

The three suspects entered The Trinity Rx Pharmacy at 75-21 Myrtle Ave. in Glendale at 12:48 p.m. on Nov. 3 and immediately walked towards the counter.

One man, covering his face with a black mask, held up a gun, video shows.

Another man wearing a mask similar to the one used in the film "Scream" first acted as a lookout before hopping behind the counter after his two accomplices demanded pills and money from two male employees behind the counter.

They asked for the pills in a note, police said.

After taking the drugs they bound the employees' hands with zip ties, took their wallets with credit cards and fled.

It's not clear how many pills they took, but an NYPD spokesman said "you name it, they took it" when asked for specifics.

An employee at the pharmacy on Wednesday said one of the men working was just covering for the day — and was too distraught to speak after rewatching the video.

"He said, 'I can't talk about it anymore,'" she said.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
