LOWER MANHATTAN — Downtown public schools may not be enamored with state testing, but their fourth graders sure are pretty good at them.

All of Lower Manhattan's five, sought-after public elementary schools ranked within the city's top 60 for Math and English Language Arts scores for fourth graders — out of 743 elementary schools citywide, according to DNAinfo New York's analysis of 2015 test results.

Some standouts: TriBeCa's P.S. 150 had 80.1 percent of its fourth graders pass the ELA exam, making them the 13th best in the city.

As for the math test, Battery Park City's P.S. 89 ranked 16th, with 88.2 percent of its fourth graders passing.
