Two one-bedroom apartments will be rented out for just $945 a month each and two two-bedrooms will go for a paltry $1,070 each at 65 Park Place, between Fifth and Sixth avenues.

Applications must be submitted online or postmarked by Oct. 13. Potential renters can make up to $36,300 if they're single and have no one else living with them. For couples, the income limit is $41,460 and families of four can make a maximum of $51,780.

The average price for a one-bedroom apartment in Park Slope was $2,551 in September; two-bedrooms were renting for an average of $3,316, according to the latest data from MNS.

The building at 65 Park Place has 17 units in all. One of the market-rate three-bedroom, two-bath apartments there is now renting for $5,958. The building's amenities include a parking garage (available for a monthly fee) and some units have a washer and dryer, according to Aptsandlofts.com.
