MEATPACKING DISTRICT — LL Cool J's son was arrested after a dispute at trendy Meatpacking District club Catch early Tuesday morning, police said.

The NYPD said officers responded to a 911 call of a dispute at 21 Ninth Ave. and when they arrived, they were told Najee Smith, 26, was asked to leave the club and refused to do so.

The officers were told that there had been a fight, an NYPD spokesman said. Smith was asked to leave after the fight, according to police, but refused and had to be escorted by security personnel.

Police said Smith "became combative" with the security guards and still refused to leave the establishment when asked to do so by the officers.

He was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, police said.

It was not immediately possible to obtain information on an attorney for Smith. A manager for LL Cool J did not immediately respond to an email request for comment.
